Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how deposits, earnings, and withdrawals are handled on the Fitness Marketing Agency platform (the "Platform"). Because balances on the Platform represent earned commissions and user-funded deposits rather than pre-paid goods, refunds are handled differently from a typical retail purchase.
2. Recharges (Deposits)
The minimum recharge amount is $50. Recharges are made through cryptocurrency-approved payment methods and are non-refundable and cannot be reversed once confirmed, except where required by law or where a recharge was made in error and can be verified by our support team before it is used.
Members should only recharge from accounts and wallets held in their own name. Always confirm the current recharge wallet address with customer support before sending funds; the platform bears no responsibility for recharges made to the wrong or an unconfirmed wallet address.
3. Earnings
Earnings credited to your balance for completed reviews are final once verified. If a review is found to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of our Terms and Conditions, the associated earnings may be reversed from your balance.
4. Withdrawal Eligibility and Errors
Withdrawals require a credit score of 100% and completion of the daily resource submission requirement described in our Terms and Conditions. Withdrawals are processed during the platform's operating hours of 10:00 to 22:00 daily.
If you believe a withdrawal was processed incorrectly, including to the wrong wallet address due to your own input error, please contact support immediately. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, we cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to an incorrect address, as this is outside our control once broadcast.
5. Failed Transactions
If a withdrawal fails due to a system or processing error on our side, the funds will be returned to your account balance and you may resubmit the request at no additional cost.
6. Disputed Transactions
If you dispute a transaction, submit a request through our Support Center with your account details and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 7 to 14 business days.
7. Account Suspension and Forfeiture
Balances associated with accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions, including fraudulent activity, may be withheld or forfeited in accordance with those Terms.
