Fitness Marketing Agency (the "Platform") allows users to earn payouts by rating and reviewing fitness packages. Any figures, statistics, or examples shown on the Platform, including daily limits, sample balances, or testimonials, are illustrative only and do not represent a guarantee of future earnings for any individual user.

2. Individual Results Vary

Your actual earnings depend on factors including, but not limited to, your account activity, available campaigns, your balance tier and associated daily limit, and general platform conditions. Past performance shown by any user is not indicative of results any other user will achieve.

3. Withdrawal Eligibility Affects Earnings

Withdrawals require completion of the daily resource submission requirement and a credit score of 100%, as described in our Terms and Conditions. Recharges and withdrawals are only processed during the platform's operating hours of 10:00 to 22:00 daily. Earnings shown on your dashboard are not guaranteed to be withdrawable until these requirements are met.

4. Agent Mode Rewards

Members who become platform agents by recommending new members may earn dynamic rewards, illustratively up to 22% of the daily commission of direct intermediate users. This figure is an example of the reward structure and is not a guaranteed or fixed amount for any individual agent.

5. Not Financial or Investment Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Recharges made to fund your account are not investments, and balances are not deposits held by a bank or subject to deposit insurance. You should evaluate your own financial situation before recharging funds.

6. Reviews Reflect Genuine Opinions

Reviews submitted through the Platform are expected to reflect the genuine, honest opinion of the user submitting them. FMA does not instruct users on what rating or opinion to provide, and users are solely responsible for the content of their reviews.

7. Third-Party Packages

Fitness packages made available through the Platform are provided by third parties. FMA does not guarantee the availability, quality, or continued offering of any specific package and may add, remove, or modify available packages at any time.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that earnings are not guaranteed, that daily limits and campaign availability may change, and that you are using the Platform at your own discretion and risk.
