Anti-Money Laundering & KYC Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
1. Purpose
Fitness Marketing Agency is committed to preventing the use of its platform (the "Platform") for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial activity. This policy outlines the measures we take to verify user identity and monitor account activity.
2. Know Your Customer (KYC)
We may require you to provide identifying information and documentation, including government-issued identification, proof of address, or wallet ownership verification, before allowing certain recharges, withdrawals, or account activity. Failure to provide requested verification may result in restricted access to withdrawals.
⚠ One Wallet, One Account: the same cryptocurrency wallet address may not be linked to more than one registered account. If our system identifies a wallet address linked to multiple accounts for recharging, the affected account ID will be frozen.
2.1 One Account, One Wallet
Each member may hold a single account, and each account may only recharge from and withdraw to wallet addresses held in that member's own name. Members must not use individual multi-addresses, wallets bound to multiple accounts, or borrowed identities to open or fund additional accounts. Violations may result in the affected accounts being frozen or permanently blocked pending review.
2.2 Identity Verification Window
Where identity documentation is requested, it must reflect a valid, real identity issued or confirmed within the preceding 180 days. Accounts that cannot be verified within this window may be restricted from further recharges or withdrawals.
3. Ongoing Monitoring
We monitor account activity, including recharges, withdrawals, and referral patterns, for signs of unusual or suspicious behavior, including shared wallet addresses across accounts, unusually large recharges, or coordinated multi-account activity. This may include automated checks and manual review by our compliance team.
4. Source of Funds
We may ask you to confirm the source of funds used to make a deposit. We reserve the right to decline or delay a transaction until satisfactory information is provided.
5. Reporting Obligations
Where required by law, we may report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities. We may also be required to freeze or restrict an account while an investigation is ongoing.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Platform to launder funds, finance illegal activity, or disguise the origin of funds obtained through unlawful means. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
7. Cooperation with Authorities
FMA will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law, including providing account information in response to valid legal requests.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in applicable law or our compliance practices. The updated version will be posted on this page.
